Spring break is over, its time for the schedules to start again. getting the girls off to school and all the good stuff that follows. I am extra tired today, Audrey is grumpy which is making things very unpleasant at the moment. I am going to take them for a nice long walk, when Tay finishes up her lunch.
I did my final weigh in at church on sunday and to my happy surprise i had lost over 2 lbs, so that means I met the 10% for this challange. time to set another small goal so that I will be at my big goal by fall. I want to be able to do this with all my heart. I allowed myself to splurge a bit yesterday. but I am back on track today matter fact for lunch I had a nice big spinach salad with lots of veggies. I just need to up my water intake again. I was doing so well with that then just kinda stopped who knows why I do things like that. self sabatoage i guess??? OK well time to go walk and make everyone in my house HAPPY Hopefully anyhow.
